Deactivate or reactivate your eParcel account
You might like to deactivate your eParcel account if you don't want to use eParcel for your fulfillments anymore. You can reactivate it at anytime.
All you need to do is visit your settings and change your account status.
How to deactivate or reactivate our eParcel account
- From your Addition dashboard, click Settings, then Accounts.
- Select the account you require, then you'll see you can change the account Status to either 'Active' or 'Inactive'.
- Make your selection then click Save when you are done
